About the Client:
Our client is a top fashion retail brand in China, one of the biggest fashion brands there. They are part of a conglomerate Group. They are opening up stores in Indonesia in 2024.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Fully responsible for all the stores operating management, supervising, guiding, and improving employees performance overall.
2) Sales of motivation staff enthusiasm, help stores achieve monthly sales target.
3) Actively collect market information and report to company.
4) Handle customer complaints and problems related to the store management.
5) Carry through the company instruction and accomplish other task assigned by the leadership.
6) Stock Management that involves stock take, ordering, storing, tracking and monitoring stock levels.
7) Data Analysis. Processing, refining, and changing raw data to extract actionable, relevant information that helps the business make informed decisions. The procedure helps reduce the risks inherent in decision-making by providing useful insights and statistics, often presented in charts, images, tables, and graphs.
Job Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
2) At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially having working experience in Uniqlo/Zara/H&M/Padini brand will be preferable.
3) Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
4) . Required Skill(s): Be familiar with computer operation.
5) Have ability of team management and coordination.
6) Possesses strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics and language, writing skills.
