About the job Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our ERP solutions
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the ERP or software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of ERP products and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools; experience with [specific CRM software] is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to sales
