About the job Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our ERP solutions
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the ERP or software industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of ERP products and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools; experience with [specific CRM software] is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive and results-driven approach to sales
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in English
