Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reconciliation Manager to join our client team. The Reconciliation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our client. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the reconciliation process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion

- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the reconciliation process

- Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any reconciliation issues and provide support as needed

- Train and mentor reconciliation staff to ensure high-quality work and efficient processes

- Prepare and present reports on reconciliation activities to senior management

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Graduation from premier University, where specialization in operations is great to have

- Prior experience (3-5 years) in reconciliation and settlement activities of any financial/consumer facing organization

- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes and procedures

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with managing and training staff is a plus
