Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is a leading company in the interior furnishing and decor industry, specializing in delivering high-quality fabric and decor solutions.

This Senior Accounting Manager is responsible to lead our accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and managing the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports.
2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh, VAT) and handle tax filings and audits.
3. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
4. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure timely and accurate results.
5. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
6. Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth.
7. Maintain proficiency with accounting software and ensure efficient system utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, preferably someone who has Brevet certification.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are optional.
