Position : Electric Engineer (Textile Manufacture)

Job Purpose

To execute monitoring, controlling and maintaining, & repairing machine condition for achievement best service for quality yarn

Major challenges

· Difficult to find suppliers according to specifications

· Need to learn new systems due to improvements in machine technology that have been more than 10 years

Job Description

· Ensure all machine in a good condition - Coordinate with subordinate, production and maintenance team

· Ensure the availability of machine spares - Coordinate with subordinate and store team

· To Improve good housekeeping (5 S) - Coordinate with HR & WCM team

· Improvement skill Index - Coordinate with HR Team

· To improve discipline of the subordinate - Coordinate with HR team
