Procurement Officer

Position: Procurement Officer for Villa Development in Nusa Dua, Bali

Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team for a villa development project located in Nusa Dua, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and extensive knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for the villa development project

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality materials at the most competitive prices

- Review and analyze supplier proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget

- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers

- Monitor and track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure procurement needs are met

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions

- Manage and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking

- Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software

- Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and regulations

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proven track record of cost savings through effective procurement strategies

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
