About the job Personal Assistant
Our client is one of the Travel Agencies in Indonesia. They were founded in 2017, providing services such as Visas, Flight & Accommodation Booking, Corporate Travel etc.
Responsibilities :
- Handling PA work and administration & handling personal affairs for the owner.
- Visit clients, review agreements, and sometimes clients will call the PA, and she must know the company's services.
- Managing schedules, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, handling emails and correspondence, conducting research, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to an individual or team.
