Initially focusing on both Sharia-compliant and non-Sharia loan structures, the company seeks to create growth and recovery opportunities within the distressed asset market. With a client-centric approach, they provide tailored solutions for each clients financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Selling: Engage with corporate clients to understand their challenges and introduce the company's Financial Wellness programs (Employee benefits) to address specific needs such as employee productivity, retention, and managing debt collectors.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Drive the complete sales process, from prospecting through to closing deals, targeting large enterprises, MNCs, and government bodies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with HR, People & Talent teams, and key decision-makers to ensure alignment with their organizational goals.
  • Sales Quota Achievement: Consistently exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and delivering customized financial wellness solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and client demands to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure smooth and integrated service delivery to enterprise clients and their employees.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast sales in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in solution selling to HR/P&T (People and Talent) teams at large corporations, MNCs, state-owned enterprises, or government offices.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal finance concepts, including loans, financial risk management, and leverage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation (English and Bahasa), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking and fintech industries.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments (VUCA - Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous).
  • A proactive, results-driven personality, eager to build processes from scratch, learn continuously, and grow with the company in a sustainable, measured way.
