Site Architect/Interior

Responsibility :

1. Act as the on-site point of contact for all architectural matters

2. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and other on-site personnel to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings

3. Supervise the construction process to ensure that architectural elements are executed according to design specifications and standards

4. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the integrity of the architectural design

5. Interpret and communicate design intent to construction teams

6. Address any design related issues that may arise during the construction phase and work closely with architects to find solutions

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of architectural modifications and construction progress

8. Prepare report and documentations for design variations and charge orders

9. Work closely with other disciplines such as MEP and structural engineers to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with other systems

10. Identify and address on site challenges related to architectural elements promptly

11. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to find practical solutions to issues that may arise during construction

Requirement :

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Architect / Design interior
2. Able to do quick hand sketch (perspective & detail working drawing)
3. Able to operate software (MS. Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3D Max
4. English - Intermediate
