About the Client:

Our client is a top fashion retail brand in China, one of the biggest fashion brands there. They are part of a conglomerate Group. They are opening up stores in Indonesia in 2024.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Operations Management: Oversee and manage the operations of multiple stores within the assigned area, ensuring consistent and high-quality performance across all locations.
  2. Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to store managers to drive results.
  3. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand local consumer behavior trends, and competition. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt to market changes.
  5. Customer Experience: Ensure a superior customer experience across all stores by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.
  6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all stores comply with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold standards.
  7. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management across the region, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses through effective stock control practices.
  8. Financial Oversight: Manage the regional budget, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Provide regular financial reports and analyses to senior management.
  9. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the region, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
  2. Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, specifically in a multi-store management role. Experience with well-known brands highly preferred.
  3. Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  4. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and makeinformed decisions.
  5. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Display a strong sense of responsibility, a positive and proactive work attitude, and exceptional professional ethics.
  7. Willing to travel between stores.
