Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help build the market for our innovative plant protection spray. This role requires an individual with experience in agricultural inputs who can effectively market and sell our product, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development:

    • Build and expand the market for our plant protection spray within 1-6 months.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Sales Activities:

    • Identify and approach potential customers in the agricultural sector.
    • Present and demonstrate the benefits and features of our plant protection spray to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Marketing Initiatives:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
    • Develop promotional materials and presentations to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Travel:

    • Travel frequently to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct field visits as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the agricultural inputs sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building markets.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and plant protection products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently.
