We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our client, a Start-Up Poultry Distribution Company. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding the market presence within the poultry industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing organization in a key sector of the food industry.

Responsibilities:


1. Devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new or existing customers/clients while actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to acquire new accounts.

3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our poultry product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.

5. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and effectively negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable agreements with customers.

6. Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance metrics and provide insights to management.

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and superior customer service.

8. Prospects customers/clients and produces sales through new and renewal order.

9. Manages the renewal process and ensures that customers/clients receive excellent goods and services.


Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the food industry, preferably in poultry distribution or related segments. Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.

3. Strong understanding of the poultry industry, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and key players and has managed clients in the restaurant industry.

4. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform sales strategies.

7. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
