About Our Client:

We have been retained by one of our clients, a leading AI startup specializing in WhatsApp marketing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Representative / Partnerships Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This role is crucial for expanding our footprint by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake classic BDR work: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and partners in the Indonesian market; reach out via multiple channels and create unique strategies to enhance conversion rates [target: deliver meetings for the AEs]
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for further collaboration
  • Collaborate with the central BDR team to stay updated on the latest processes and strategies
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful partnership integrations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in BDR or partnerships management, preferably in the tech or marketing sectors
  • Strong network within the Indonesian business community with a track record of successful deal-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Good to have: Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot)
