Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development for ERP software products for around 10 -  15 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts
  • Ability to work as an individual driven and grow team.
  • Must be open to travel as needed

Job Profile :

  • Will be able to sell ERP software solutions or customized solutions project especially in SCM or WMS
  • Defines a vision and creates a winning strategy and responds to specific market needs.
  • Responsible for building aggressive and value-based market penetration strategies and team
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to companies sales rules of engagement
  • Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
  • Network and actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in targeted verticals, including after-hours events
  • Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns
