About the job Sr. Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development for ERP software products for around 10 - 15 years experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts
- Ability to work as an individual driven and grow team.
- Must be open to travel as needed
Job Profile :
- Will be able to sell ERP software solutions or customized solutions project especially in SCM or WMS
- Defines a vision and creates a winning strategy and responds to specific market needs.
- Responsible for building aggressive and value-based market penetration strategies and team
- Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to companies sales rules of engagement
- Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
- Network and actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in targeted verticals, including after-hours events
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns
