Job description of AGM of mill scale business dept.
- The AGM must be proficient in international trade business and international trade contracts. He shall be proficient in cost accounting at all stages of each shipment from steel mill to yard, to loading into vessel, and to the discharging port; must have good business quality and negotiation ability, keep abreast of changes in international market and Indonesiai market, skillfully buy goods at low prices, accurately sell goods at high prices, strive for profit maximization and ensure the realization of profit targets issued by the company.
- The AGM must have a wide range of steel mill middle-upper relations, and shall be able to purchase a large quantity (more than 5000 tons) of high quality goods every month with a low price, and the goods supply shall be long-term and stable.
- The AGM has the ability to smooth out any disruption from competitors (such as unreasonable trouble from tax, police, villagers) and keep the business on track.
- The AGM is proficient in the bulk carrier/vessel and the shipping charter/booking business, and shall be familiar with the international Marine transport contract, capable of negotiating cooperation/business with the domestic shipping company and foreign shipping companies to get the best freight for a long-term and stability, with fixed quantity and fixed loading and unloading port, fixed route, fixed shipping company, in order to get low cost, long-term and stable service.
- The AGM must be proficient in banking, especially LC international settlement, and back to back domestic LC settlement business. He shall be good at negotiating prices with steel mills, truck fleets, yards, port authorities, and he is capable of seizing the initiative and overall controlling.
- 6. The annual salary of the AGM is IDR540Juta, which will be paid monthly IDR17Juta (monthly salary) and quarterly IDR28Juta(quarterly bonus). The premise is that the AGM must be able to achieve all economic and technical indicators issued by the company, such as quality, profit, quantity, safety, etc. which will be equal to an average monthly salary of IDR45Juta. On the contrary, if the candidates is not capable and can not complete and meet companys target, no performance within three months, then it will be deemed as automatic resignation.
