A successful Logistic Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective
supply chain operations. You should also be able to promptly resolve distribution
issues and having strong negotiation skills.
Overseeing all the supplier chain operations
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation
Analysing and optimizing logistic procedures.
Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
Ensuring the safe and timely pick up and delivery of shipments
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and 3rd party service providers.
Communication shipping instruction to warehouse for warehouse arrangement.
Make Purchase order in system and make sure all the freight forwarder invoice and
shipping document are tally and submit to finance for GRN posting.
To conduct suppliers/3rd party service provider evaluation and performance yearly.
Update weekly inboard report to commercial team
Checking and analyse stock and provide SIFOT (Supply in Full On Time) report
on time.
Can handle pressure and high volume of workflow
Personable, energetic, and excellent communication skills.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and internal department
Other administrative and ad-hoc duties assign by superior
Requirements:
Minimum experience in Supply Chain field for 3-5 years
Bachelors degree preferred
Able to hold conversations in English
Able and good initiative in escalating issues to the team in charges.
Discipline and punctual
Good knowledge of supply chain management, customer service management and
inventory management will be an advance.
Previous purchasing and planning experience in logistics and supply chain will be an advantage
