Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage top line achievement (volume, revenue, NC, % NC) of responsible area/account through both direct & indirect sales.
  • Implement Distributor Management System and Account Management.
  • Responsible for AR collection of responsible area/account.
  • Regularly provide standard sales reporting.
  • Provide sales forecast in regular basis.
  • Liaise with supporting department in related Sales process & issues.
  • Ensure code of conduct & HSE standard are properly implement within Industrial Department.
  • Provide annual business plan draft with details activities to follow during the fiscal year.

Authority

  • Approve or escalate pricing proposal refer to budget %NC of Industry.


Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree

Mechanical or Engineering (preferred)

Business Administration or Marketing

Job specific knowledge

  • Experienced representative with background in lubricants.
  • Experience in the sale of demanding products which are not self-explanatory.
  • Good commercial understanding, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Presentation and negotiating abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Good skills in data processing (MS Office).

Language skills and level of proficiency

  • Intermediate
