Our client is the leading international manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural hardware, with customers in more than 150 countries.
About the role:
Reporting to the National Manager Sales Project, this position is responsible for presenting for the company and promoting the assigned product ranges, and assigned sales channels in assigned territories. Create the necessary brand awareness with assigned targeted customer groups. Present and consult our values, solutions by the product ranges and win the deal.
Responsibilities:
- Selling company's product to achieve individual target on monthly/quarterly/yearly based on personal KPI.
- Align with the defined-channel customer groups to promote and create brand awareness for the company's brands and assigned company's products in the assigned territories.
- Cultivate, develop and manage assigned-channel customers in assigned territories.
- Constructively hand over full information of non-assigned customers to other sales reps and/or other sales channels.
- Build a strong relationship with all related parties. Deeply understand the customer's demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly.
- Study the competition of each specific customer and prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in compliance with the direction of the Sales Supervisor
- Generate technical & commercial support where needed. Secure the potential opportunities and negotiate the contracts and/or sales orders.
- Liaise with the related departments (Supply chain, Product Management, Specifier, Finance, Marketing, Sales Admin) to get support on all technical and get the optimum support for the customers
- Constantly & regularly monitor, follow up and report the progress of the customer's requirements to all stakeholders
List out and report on defining potential customers (including market info, progress, problems, solutions and results) to direct superior - Be professional by wearing the company's uniform and live on company's values
- Follow company regulation
Qualifications:
- University Graduation. Majoring in engineering, management, business administration or relevant fields is a plus.
- Work experience of at least 5 years in distribution or dealer sales.
- Solid experience in architectural hardware, furniture fitting, home appliances, sanitary or related fields is a plus. Preferably from building material Company (Sanitary, Ceramic, Architecture Hardware).
- Having good networks with the decision-makers of carpenter contractors, furniture manufacturers, and interior material dealers.
- Customer-oriented based
- Smart working, outgoing, sales-driven, high "sense of urgent"
- Conceptual understanding of interior design.
- Understanding of brands and brand positioning.
- Work independently and under high pressure.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM Software).
- Good command of English
