Job Brief:
We are seeking a seasoned Creative Director to spearhead the development of innovative, unscripted content, oversee the creative process, and ensure the delivery of top-tier material aligned with our brand identity and audience needs. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to bring fresh, engaging content ideas to life.

Our client is a prominent global leader in content production and distribution across a variety of genres and platforms. They are known for producing groundbreaking unscripted content and boast a vast network of creative talent. Specializing in content for television and digital streaming, they emphasize creative innovation and storytelling that resonates with audiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Creative Development: Drive the creation of original, unscripted content tailored to the interests of the target audience.
- Conceptualize and Execute: Develop and execute high-quality content from concept to completion across multiple platforms, including TV, film, and digital media.
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to inform strategic content decisions, identifying new trends and opportunities for growth.
- Pitch and Present: Present compelling creative ideas and pitches to network executives, clients, and internal teams, staying aligned with market dynamics and trends.
- Build and Maintain Networks: Foster strong relationships within the General Entertainment Channel (GEC) and OTT industries, leveraging these networks for content opportunities.
- Mentor and Guide: Provide mentorship and leadership to creative professionals, nurturing talent and guiding team members, especially as the team expands.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with the EVP & Business Head (CreAsia), as well as regular updates with the central team in India.
Profile Requirements:
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the media industry, particularly in creative direction or production within the Non-Fiction genre.
- Creative Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in concept ideation, development, and the pitching of unscripted content, with strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Industry Networks: Extensive connections with key players in the GEC and OTT space, with a deep understanding of end-to-end content production strategies.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Contract Structure: This is an annual consultancy-based role.
