Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business processrequirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
  • Ability to design and solve for user issues
  • Ability to manage multiple threads with different Users
  • Experience with FMCGs is an added advantage


Key Skills

  • Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Hands on experience on SD-LE business process configurations.
  • Must have exposure in different sales process of entire OTC cycle
    like Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Consignment Sales, Return
    Sales, 3rd party sales, Intercompany sales, Stock Transfer Orders
    Indonesia Taxation process including Faktur Pajak generation.
  • Should have worked with Indonesian/International clients.
  • Requires the candidate to work as per Indonesians work timings
    (shifts)
  • Experience in Integration with MM, PP, FICO modules, interfaces
    with legacy systems and ALE/IDOC.
  • Should be having technical awareness about the Development
    activity i.e. FS preparation, debugging knowledge, User Exits,
  • Enhancements, LSMW, BDC applications, BAPIs, BADI
    development, background jobs.
  • Good understanding ITIL processes with Incident Management,
    Service Requests, Change management & Problem management.
    

Additional desirable skillset

  • Should have good knowledge in S/4HANA
  • Should have a good knowledge on the advanced topics in SD
    module like- aATP, Settlement management, FSCM credit
    management.
  • Have good knowledge on other modules like SAP TM, SAP
    EWM,WM....
