About the job Senior HRBP
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
- Partner with managers to identify and address employee development needs and create career development plans.
- Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication throughout the company.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience in talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
