Accounting Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturing company in the tyre industry, known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead their finance team and support strategic decision-making at the plant.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to management, providing insights and support for key decisions.

• Lead the companys budgeting and forecasting cycles, including long-term financial planning.

• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.

• Oversee accounting operations including payments, collections, and general ledger activities.

• Manage company taxation matters, including VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing documentation.

• Ensure end-to-end compliance with financial standards and regulations (IFRS, PSAK, taxation).

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, and the finance team.

• Drive continuous improvement within finance processes and controls.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. Experience managing a team of 5 or more staff.

4. Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, compliance, and taxation principles.

5. Prior experience in a public company or large private manufacturing firm is preferred.

6. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

7. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

8. Proficient in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.

9. Willing to work on-site in Citeureup, Bogor.

10. Male/Female, maximum 45 years old.
