About the job HR Generalist & Expatriat Affair

  • Processing the work permit and stay permit of expatriates ( RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, SKTT, STM).
  • Preparing and managing the documents required for inviting an expatriate, such as the contract agreement, PKWT, job description, etc
  • Maintain relationship with external parties (immigration officer, vendor) related with the immigration formalities
  • Update and develop the expatriate policy and procedure
  • Monitoring the expired date / validity of Company's Legal
  • Document (License, Agreement/Contract, and Certificate. etc.)
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min Experience 2-3 years in same field
  • Good communication in English
  • Experience in handling expatriate documentation and work permits.
