Our client is a global company in the energy and environment engineering industry. They provide integrated solutions in heating, cooling, power, water, and waste management, with a focus on sustainability and efficient resource deployment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development developing customer base in Indonesia.
  2. Managing sales and achieve order booking target (value and no of orders as per ABP) for the assigned territory and product lines.
  3. Provide accurate order booking projections, lead and prospect reports to support business growth.
  4. Maintaining monthly pre-decided outreach to customer and maintaining relation with key account customers.
  5. Mapping the market and keeping track of the competitors. Analyze market trends and keep other departments updated about it.
  6. Potential mapping of customers, based on enquiry category.
  7. Enquiry generation, Opportunity creation, Spares / service offer submission and order finalization as per ABP and maintaining uniformity.
  8. Preparation of service IOMs and ensuring timely Invoicing.
  9. Understanding customers needs and provide technical support to customer.
  10. Track & Report sales & marketing activities on periodic basis.
  11. Positioning, working out strategy /engaging in techno - commercial discussions with clients.
  12. Develop local partners.
  13. Assist business development and promotion strategy, build case studies customer testimonials.

Qualification:

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a boiler company, with a solid understanding of the Central Java market and strong market awareness.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in an international company is preferred
