A technical supervision engineer is a specialist who monitors the quality and compliance of design documentation at all stages of production, construction and operation of facilities.
Responsibilities of a technical supervision engineer:
Monitoring compliance with technical documentation at the facility;
Checking the quality of the materials and equipment used, their compliance with standards and design documentation;
Monitoring compliance with technological processes and methods during work;
Participating in the acceptance of completed work, checking their compliance with requirements and standards;
Drawing up acts and reports based on the results of inspections and control measures;
Consulting and cooperation with executive teams, providing recommendations for improving the quality of work;
Participating in meetings with customers, contractors and other project participants;
Monitoring work deadlines, monitoring their compliance;
Preparing and analyzing documentation related to the quality of work and safety at the facility;
Monitoring compliance with labor protection and safety requirements at the facility;
Interaction with government supervision bodies during inspections and audits;
Continuous training and advanced training, study of new norms, standards and technologies in their field.
To work as a technical supervision engineer, a specialized higher education in the construction or engineering field is required.
Required skills and knowledge:
Understanding of construction technologies and regulatory and technical documentation;
Knowledge of current SNI, technical regulations and organization standards;
Ability to read and interpret design and working documentation;
Proficiency in instrumental control and testing methods;
Knowledge of information technology and specialized software for documenting inspection results, maintaining executive documentation, and preparing reports.
