Overview:
We are seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Manager to drive innovation and business transformation for our client, a leading insurance company. This role is not only about execution or technical development, but about conceptualizing AI and digital opportunities that go beyond existing data, ensuring their feasibility, and advocating their implementation to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who identifies opportunities where AI and digital solutions can scale up business, improve speed, and minimize costs, while also managing resistance to change from internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify AI and digital transformation opportunities beyond existing data.
- Develop business-driven AI concepts and present them to stakeholders for implementation.
- Ensure that proposed technologies exist, are feasible, and can be successfully implemented.
- Navigate and manage resistance to digital transformation from internal teams.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to drive AI adoption.
- Support and align with PMO initiatives to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in digital transformation, business innovation, AI strategy, or PMO within insurance, healthcare, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in consumer insights, business innovation, or strategic project management is a plus.
- Strong ability to identify AI opportunities beyond available data.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning (not for execution, but for feasibility assessment).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive AI adoption and overcome resistance.
- Strategic and conceptual mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable business opportunities.
