About Our Client:
We have been retained by one of our clients, a leading AI startup specializing in WhatsApp marketing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This position plays a pivotal role in our expansion efforts, involving the identification of new business opportunities and the cultivation of strategic partnerships within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
- Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients' needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction success.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant sales/customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good to have: Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot)
