About Our Client:

We have been retained by one of our clients, a leading AI startup specializing in WhatsApp marketing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This position plays a pivotal role in our expansion efforts, involving the identification of new business opportunities and the cultivation of strategic partnerships within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients' needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction success.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant sales/customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good to have: Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot)
