About the job Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of conduct on site for all construction related matters
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supervise and lead on site construction teams including laborer's, subcontractors and other personnel
  • Provide direction and guidance to ensure work is carried out efficiently and meets quality standards
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure work meets specified standards
  • Conduct regular inspection to identify and address any deviations from plans or specifications
  • Enforce and promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and protocols
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and inspection to mitigate potential hazards
  • Develop and manage construction schedule in coordination with project timelines
  • Monitor progress and make adjustment to ensure project milestones are met
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site
  • Manage the efficient use of materials and resources to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on construction progress, challenges and resolution
  • Document and report any changes, variations or issues that may impact the project
  • Identify and address on site challenges promptly
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team member to find practical solutions to issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in related field. Had experiences working in the high-rise building projects. 
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
  • Working knowledge of construction technicality.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to speak English, verbally and written.
