Position: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
