Job Summary:

We are looking for Performance Marketing and Design Specialist professional to join one of our Clients (Fintech company), which specializes in unsecured loans for subprime borrowers. The ideal candidate will have a robust design and performance marketing campaigns background, 3-4 years of experience, and a deep knowledge of personal finances, loans, leverage, and financial risk management.

As the Performance Marketing and Design Specialist, you will blend creative design expertise with strategic marketing skills to develop and execute impactful performance marketing campaigns. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Educate borrowers on personal finance and financial literacy.
  • Increase brand awareness across key social media platforms.
  • Attract and generate qualified leads cost-effectively. results on a budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Creative Development:

o Create visually compelling and engaging digital assets (images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), and Instagram.

o Ensure designs are on-brand and resonate with subprime borrowers while communicating financial concepts clearly and effectively.

o Develop content that supports borrower education, brand building, and lead generation.

2. Performance Marketing Campaigns:

o Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram.

o Optimize campaigns for key metrics like engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per lead (CPL).

o Leverage A/B testing to refine creative designs and messaging for improved performance.

3. Lead Generation & Cost Optimization:

o Strategize cost-effective ways to generate qualified leads while working within tight budgets.

o Monitor lead quality and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI.

o Collaborate with the sales/ product team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

o Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.

o Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.

o Use data-driven approaches to improve creative designs and campaign outcomes.

5. Market Research & Audience Insights:

o Research to understand the target audiences preferences, pain points, and behaviors.

o Stay updated on trends in performance marketing, design, and the financial services industry to remain competitive.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and creative design, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.

Skills & Expertise:

o Proven experience running paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram.

o Strong design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.

o Deep understanding of personal finance concepts, loans, leverage, and financial risk management.

o Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

o Expertise in A/B testing and campaign optimization.

o Excellent copywriting skills for ad content and captions.
