About our Client:
Our client is a financial company in Indonesia that provides consumer financing, leasing, and factoring services, mainly for motor vehicles and heavy equipment. It operates as part of a larger conglomerate and helps customers acquire vehicles and machinery.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for increasing market share growth for R4 financing products (new cars).
- Creating a comprehensive business plan in accordance with the business strategy that has been determined by Management.
- Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 to determine the business strategy that will be implemented in each branch office.
- Assisting Branch in building relationships with Dealers.
- Monitoring the implementation of the business strategy implemented in the area and local branch offices.
- Evaluating the business performance of each R4 branch office.
- Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 to determine corrective steps for the business strategy.
- Ensuring the establishment of good relations and good cooperation with old dealers and new dealers as a business expansion.
- Responsible for solving problems that occur in the branch both internally and externally to maintain and increase branch productivity.
- Evaluating the performance of Area Head and Branch Head.
- Doing development and develop team, strategy, structure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 7 years experience in finance company or banking; with at least 2 years experience in Managerial position.
- Have knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing New Car Program.
- Have Vast network to New Car Dealers PIC's and Owners.
- Proven competencies in team leading & team leadership.
- Energetic, Innovative, and target oriented person.
- Have a good command in English and able to work in Microsoft Excel specially pivot tools is a good advantage.
