We are a Villa Developer Company with two sites in the beautiful islands of Nusa Dua and Nusa Penida. Our company specializes in designing and building luxurious villas for our clients, providing them with a unique and unforgettable living experience.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Estimator to join our team. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for our villa projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all costs are accounted for and any potential issues are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required for each project

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all project costs are accurately estimated

- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to project managers

- Keep track of project expenses and make adjustments to the estimate as needed

- Review and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers

- Maintain a database of cost information for future reference

- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on cost estimates

- Ensure that all cost estimates comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in the villa development industry

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes

- Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office programs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to be placed in Nusa Dua
