HSEF Manager

Job Purpose
Managing the team of HSE professionals in integrated Poly, PET, Spinning, Fabric multiple complex operations. HSE governance, digital and culture transformation in multiple sites, compliance to EHS regulations, team and capability building, mentoring EHS systems implementation.

Key Interactions : 

• Manages HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements.
• Implement and sustain a positive health, safety and environmental culture through the application of the management systems framework in a moderately complex site.
• Builds strong relationships across functions to ensure the organization understands and is accountable for their roles and responsibilities and are committed to driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
• Leads of hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health, safety and environmental compliance obligations.
• Develops and manages support content ensuring it is up to date, controlled and available while adhering to data privacy regulations.
• Drives improvement to health, safety, and environmental performance metrics using a risk-based and data-driven approach.
• Evaluates site health, safety and environmental data, legal compliance findings, and internal and external audit results to build a tactical improvement plan.
  
  Qualifications : 
• Min 15 years of work experience in a petrochemical, polymer, chemical manufacturing or oil and gas industry. 
• S1 – Environment/ Safety MS Office 
  
  Certified Safety Professional
  
• HSEF Planning
  Setting "SMART" Objectives Workplace and environmental Hazards and Risk Control
• Developing & Implementing HSEF Systems of work
• Measuring, Audit and Review 
• Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Environmental Standards.
