Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for Analyst in marketing, costing and system/technology relating with Commercial. Candidate must be well-versed in Business Management and Accounting with great interpersonal skill and the right attitude to deliver excellent work independently. Further the candidate will be required to:

• Prepare various costings and do budget analysis to ensure that the costs are not escalated.
• Prepare and/or review the Contracts and negotiate the components of contracts.
• Develop New Vendor for Purchase Orders & negotiating better terms with the existing Vendors
• Conduct Inventory analysis Monitor Min & Max Stock Level
• Responsible for various internal audits and work towards process improvement
• Work closely with Senior Team Member for system upgradation and look for new technology to improve system efficiency.
• Conduct market research for new business opportunity.
• Liaising with external parties like Coal Association, regulatory authorities etc.

This role is based in Jakarta. To be a good fit for this opportunity you need to have a strong Business/Commerce Management background and a solid understanding of commerce and marketing.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Commerce/Business Management
• Having good in MS Excel
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Having good communication skill
• Strong analytical skill with good business acumen
• High level of ethics and integrity
• Ability to go-getter approach
• Able to join immediately.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
