Our client is currently expanding globally, and we are looking to hire a Head of Sales to help launch & grow our business in Indonesia. The high-caliber candidate will be responsible for growing sales, bringing in revenues & working with the broader team to grow the business
What you will be doing
As a key hire in Indonesia, you will be responsible for heading the sales team for the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Identify & scope out the sales landscape in Indonesia for the company. Build sales strategy to target key sales segments.
- Build relationships with Enterprise & SME clients and see how the company can help them grow their trade globally/ domestically.
- Help identify & grow the network of channel partners whom we can work closely with target key SME segments.
- Work closely with the supply, operations & finance team to provide a superior customer experience & pricing for our sales partners.
- Build a strong team of managers & associates and set a strong culture of ownership, problem solving & customer centricity within the organization.
- Set up best practices across the organization based on industry standards & other country operations while at the same time capturing local nuances to ensure the best-in-class experience for both consumers & supply partners.
You will ideally have:
- 8+ years of sales experience either in logistics & supply chain industry or in B2B Saas companies or in Ecommerce.
- Have prior experience of managing teams with ability to inspire & set a strong culture of belonging & ownership.
- Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset & is a self-starter.
