About the job Operational Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the villa complex, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Train, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver luxury-level service.
- Coordinate with the finance department for budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with the reservations team to manage bookings, availability, and guest preferences.
- Ensure all staff members adhere to service standards and resort policies.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage any emergencies or guest complaints professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work in Bukit, Bali.
