About the job Operational Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the villa complex, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Train, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver luxury-level service.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with the reservations team to manage bookings, availability, and guest preferences.
  • Ensure all staff members adhere to service standards and resort policies.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage any emergencies or guest complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work in Bukit, Bali.
