IT Sr. Manager (Software Development & Infra)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Head to lead our IT department, overseeing a range of critical functions including cyber security, ERP implementation, IT SOP, AI implementation, software and system development, and system integration. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills.



Key Responsibilities:

IT Operational :

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient operation and high performance across various functions.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems, particularly ERP systems, and ensure integration with other platforms.
• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and security.
• Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures to protect company data and IT assets.
• Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the IT team, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle business and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT projects support overall business objectives.

Ai Technology :

• Design and develop AI frameworks that align with the organization's objectives and ensure their successful implementation.
• Oversee the integration of AI solutions within business processes to support digital transformation, automation, and improved decision-making.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly AI, and industry trends to propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and design AI solutions to address them.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities within the Indonesian market.

Development & Apps :

• Lead the development of software solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs.

• Oversee the integration of systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between various platforms
• Proficiency in software development in designing and implementing AI solutions within a corporate environment,methodologies and project management practices.
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing IT operations, with expertise in cyber security, ERP implementation, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of IT SOP development and enforcement.
• Experience with AI technologies and their practical applications in business settings.
• Excellent in English
• Preferable person who can set up and develop from scratch 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks
