Position : Finance & Accounting Executive

Location : Kuningan

Reporting : CFO in China 

Our client, they are a Global trading company with their Headquarter based in Singapore and began their Journey in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1990. Over the past 25 years, Our client has grown from a simple Sole Proprietorship to a Multinational Group with business interests in several industries, along with clients and associates in more than 36 countries spanning 5 continents.

They appear to do both import and export. There are trade data entries for multiple shipments (exports) and engagement with multiple suppliers / buyers across geographies. For example, they export teak, scrap aluminium,  toothbrushes etc.

Responsibilities :

• Handling customer ledger such as incoming and outgoing money

• PIC with bank and discuss on loans, Letter of Credit

• Document will be based on Letter of Credit

• Handle petty cash and making of vouchers

• Have knowledge on Audit

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or any related Field
• 5-7 Years of Working experience
• Good Communication in English
