Head of Finance, Accounting, Tax

Our client is a top player in the beauty clinic industry. They distribute their products all over Indonesia. They have been in Indonesia for a decade and is still growing. 

Responsibilities:

• To review and set up Finance and Accounting procedure & policy.
• To manage companys cash flow.
• To carry out tasks in the field of finance, accounting and corporate taxation, including the function of planning and budgeting finance, accounting and taxation (including import taxes).
• To develop and manage the company's annual and long-term financial plans and budgets.
• To monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• To provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• To identify cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
• To identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and expense management strategies.
• To analyze variances and take corrective actions to control costs.
• To lead and develop the finance team, including accounting staff and financial analysts.
• To set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Around 8 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or department head role.
• Big-4 managerial experience is highly preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, Indonesian accounting standard, and financial regulations.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create financial models.
• Strong preference for ACCA certification, however CPA certification is also accepted.
• Brevet A & B certification is required.
• Odoo Accounting software experience is preferred.
• Experienced in in import taxation activities.
• Working arrangement: Full WFO at Tangerang/Tangerang Selatan.
