Coal Quality & Sourcing Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, or any related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the coal mining or coal trading company in a coal chain and quality control role
• Knowledgeable in the operation MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English in both writing and communication (direct report to India)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of coal loading and export documents
• Excellent knowledge in coal quality parameters and coal quality standards (ISO, ASTM, GB, etc.)

Role Descriptions:

• Control all loading activities in terms of quality and quantity and ensure all is in order accordingly as per the standard
• Develop and maintain good connections with surveyors and coal miner
• Responsible for all mining inspection activities in terms of coal quality and coal chain management

• Reporting to the Head of Commercial
• Will handle a team coal sourcing Jakarta office and site
• Placement Location: South Jakarta
