Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for aesthetic products.
- Actively engage with clients, including doctors, aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons, to promote and sell our product range.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market share.
- In the future, build and lead a nationwide sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team success.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalence
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial sales position within the aesthetics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetics market and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management and development.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and support the sales team.
