Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for aesthetic products.
  • Actively engage with clients, including doctors, aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons, to promote and sell our product range.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market share.
  • In the future, build and lead a nationwide sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team success.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalence
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial sales position within the aesthetics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetics market and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in team management and development.
