Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote company services including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, trucking, and warehousing.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and service presentations for customers.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms with clients to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of export-import processes, ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and trucking services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Familiar with freight forwarding documentation and shipment procedures.
- Strong networking skills with importers, exporters, and industrial customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
