Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote company services including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, trucking, and warehousing.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and service presentations for customers.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms with clients to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry.
    • Strong knowledge of export-import processes, ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and trucking services.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
    • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Familiar with freight forwarding documentation and shipment procedures.
    • Strong networking skills with importers, exporters, and industrial customers.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
