Job Vacancy: Operations Manager Motorcycle Dealership

Our client is a leading motorcycle dealership committed to providing top-notch service and high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their team and oversee the daily operations of our dealership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle dealership industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and reports and make informed decisions.
• Experience in inventory management and business operations.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and MS Office.
• Willing to work at Medan, North Sumatra
• Mandatory to speak Hokkien
