Job Title: Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you'll work with merchants and cosmetic shops in your area to help them grow their business with the company. You'll manage a group of about 60-80 merchants, supporting them in
increasing their sales and staying engaged with our products.
Responsibilities :
1. Build Merchant Relationships: Work closely with merchants and cosmetic shops, keeping a positive and strong partnership with each one.
2. Track Business Growth: Regularly check each merchant's sales, identify any issues, and find ways to help them grow.
3. Solve Merchant Problems: Identify any challenges merchants face and help them find solutions to improve their experience.
4. Support Sales and Growth: Help merchants increase their sales by guiding them to purchase more from the platform and recommending popular products.
5. Expand Product Range: Encourage merchants to offer a wider variety of brands and products (SKUs) that customers are interested in.
6. Run Promotional Campaigns: Organise special promotions and campaigns to drive sales and keep
merchants excited about our products.
7. Keep Merchants Active: Make sure merchants stay engaged with Raena, actively buying and selling our products.
8. Expand Our Reach: Introduce the company platform to new resellers and cosmetic shops in your area, helping us reach more potential partners.
9. Revenue Understanding: Strongly understand how revenue works and be confident with calculations to track sales and support growth.
Qualifications :
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related field. Experience in retail or the beauty/cosmetic industry is a plus.
2. Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and team members.
3. Analytical Skills: Good with numbers and calculations; able to understand and track revenue and sales performance.
4. Customer-focused- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with merchants and provide excellent support.
5. Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving merchant issues.
6. Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple merchants and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
8. Work Environment: This role is 5 days a week, work from office (WFO), with merchant visits as needed. Occasional travel to merchant locations may be required based on merchant needs and
company policy.
