Our client, a prominent player in family entertainment known for its innovative play-and-learn experiences, is planning to open over 20 flagship locations across key markets, bringing engaging environments to children and families throughout Asia and beyond.

About the role:
This position generates revenue by driving leads and converting them into bookings for birthday parties and school trips at venues. It is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on sales efforts, including fieldwork and proactive engagement with schools, party planners, and the broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth in the assigned geography and venue.
  2. Lead Generation: Build a strong pipeline of leads for birthday parties and school trips through calls, emails, and networking with schools and community groups.
  3. Eco-System Development: Establish relationships with the party ecosystem, including birthday party planners, event managers, confectionery shops, decorators, and residential societies in the area.
  4. Sales Conversion: Understand client needs and convert leads into confirmed bookings by presenting tailored packages.
  5. Stitching Alliances: Build partnerships with corporations and schools for packages and special events.
  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with parents, school administrators, and daycare centres to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  7. Collaboration & Strategy: Work with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and provide feedback to improve outreach efforts.
  8. Venue Tours & Presentations: Conduct engaging tours and presentations to showcase the venue's offerings.
  9. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Use data insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Having 7 - 8 years in sales, preferably in education-focused roles.
    • Experience in franchise development for kindergartens, playschools, or primary schools is a plus.
    • B2C sales experience related to birthday parties or school programs is highly desirable.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
    • Street-smart, proactive, and self-motivated.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Competent with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Attributes:

Working Relationships

  • Reports to the Marketing Team.
  • Collaborates closely with the venue manager for the assigned geography.
