The Company's modern plant situated at Purwakarta in West Java, commenced commercial production in 1986 with a modest capacity of 16.500 tpa. through strategic investments in expansion over the years, today it has an installed capacity of over 200.000 tpa and has become the world's second largest manufacturer of VSF at a single location. The unit manufactures VSF for both textile and non-woven purposes.

The company produces a wide range of VSF in engineered specifications for textile and non-woven applications. 

Today, our client not only enjoys a dominant share of the domestic market but also caters to a whole gamut of customers in the US, Europe, Turkey, Japan, Korea, China, Morocco, Philippines, Malaysia and other global locations in textile and non-woven segments.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Head to join our client's team in Purwakarta, West Java.

Job Purpose :

To support policies for Safety & Fire Management, administration, Recruitment System, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Compensation & Fringe Benefit. To plan and improve the human capabilities ensuring satisfaction employee performance. To maintain cordial Industrial relationship with Labour Union, Community and Government Officials. To handle Organizational Development through Organizational Change Management, Succession Planning and Competency Development.

To Support Technical Safety as well as :

1.Process Safety Management and Fire Safety

2. Lifting & Rigging

3. Working at height as well as

The Position plays a crucial role as the custodian of workplace culture, safety and manpower staffing and motivation. Start from Recruitment, Training, Staffing, Performance Appraisal and all Safety & Fire Administration Process including Payroll and other benefits. Prepare 3th line development to fulfil gap in MG3 and below level.

Major Challenges:

  • Support effective TNI and implementation of Training as per the Training Calendar
  • Support to measure the training effectiveness
  • Support planning & Implementing the development plans and opportunities of Talent pool members and development paths for critical position.
  • Support Implementation of Future leader, Tech X program and STEMS and Gyanodaya Program.
  • Support Timely recruitment to match attrition rate and to ensure manpower availability as per the organizational need.
  • Support to create Benchmark standards in organizational Health through VIBES score
  • Support Recruitment of local society
  • Support ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001, SA 8000 & URSA compliance
  • Coordinator maintenance Safety Equipment and Fire Protection & Prevention
  • Support to encourage Safety Culture and Safety Behavior at the designated department representative Fibre Plants and Utilities Plants.

    Requirement :
  • Minimum 15 years experience in manufacturing prefer Chemical Manufacturing
  • Candidates must at least process of bachelor degree from Chemical Engineer
  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Can communicate in English language
  • Deeply Understanding Safety and Environment Regulation
