Promote the service offered by the company to customers and generate business



C. Responsibility

1. Promote the services offered by the company to customers

2. Identify new customer and promote our services to them

3. Generate the business from the customers.

4. Follow up with the customer and ensure repetition of business

5. Follow up with the customers and ensure feedback and share the same so further improvements can be done as per customer requirements.

6. Ensure confidentiality of all customers and there feedbacks so a trusworthy atmoshere can be established between the customer and company

7. Ensure to build up a good professional and trustworthy relationship with consumers so consumer ask for our services when they have any inspection jobs or recall for our services on priority.

8. In case need to entertain customers for lunch or dinner or meet customers as per there convenience for meetings outside offices need to adhere to the same and may have long working hours or irregular schedules.

9. Job will have quite long and hectic travelling requirements within and outside indonesia for promoting our services to our international customers, joint visit to sites of operation to clarify our operations, so a very open minded attitude to accept travelling, professional attire, flexible fooding, drinking habits and irregular schedules on timings will be the part of job which need to be adhere too

Job Activity

1. Meeting existing customers and Identifying new customers and meeting them to promote our services.

2. Identifying the key personel responsible to take a decision on providing the jobs. Negotiation of the services fee with clients and ensuring jobs order recend at our targeted prices or better realization of service fee.

3. Making an database wrt to client name, key personel, department, contact numbers, surveyor working with, production, sales pattern, there customers or buyers (end users or traders), grades and quantity, all necessary feedback in order to plan and promote our services.

4. Make appointments and visit the customers and develop a good communication and rappot with customer and develop a good professional relationship.

5. Plan schedule to meet atleast 5 customers in a day with area wise focus so less time lost in transit. Aranging zoom meetings with clients so as to reach and. communicate with clients and arange joint meetings in case travelling domestic and international is difficult to arrange on pandemic situations where in travelling is restricted.

6. Communicate and spent quality time with customer so as to keep a good impression of the

. visit and then follow up.

7. Prepare presentation, sending promotional emails, quotations and follow ups, telecall and develop a persuasive follow up to generate business. Need to ensure client feel comfortable and confident in our services.

8: Develop relation with related parties like vessel agents, associations, etc and establish network to get market information and market intelligence and share with operational director management and also for self awareness of market situation.

9. Planning and strategise to increase the share of existing business as well as of new business. Sales budget and targets to meet on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

10. Develop relation with clients and seek for references to develop new customers

11 . Submittion of expenses on time and no manipulation on expense and all prior approval from operational director for all travel or other important expenses.

12. All reporting and feedback pertaining to clients to be kept confidential and only to communicate with operational director only. Review of weekly activity, write plan I and review plans for meet weekly. Submission of monthly reports of customer feedback and sales to operational director.

13. Participating in training and conferences, socialize and develop a network. Plan and coordinate with operational director to all sales and marketing related matter and follow directions and discuss all plans related to sales and marketing.

14. Making a monthly plan and target customer visit plan with target business plan, or progress plan review action, weekly review and evaluating progress and performance every month. Daily evaluation customer visit and outcome of meeting or calls with Director.

15. Establishing a specific project target mostly related to approvals and enlisting process for tenders or at mines, annual contracts, etc.

16. Planning joint customer visits with operational director and keep him informed in advance to plan better. Need to maintain excellent communication with director marketing to the sales and marketing objectives are achieved.

17. Pick up the telephone, or call back if there is a call from any, superior or management 

18. All expenses should have proper vouchers and operational expense statement duly filled and submitted with a statement every month and ensure that expenses done keeping in mind cost effectiveness.

19. Review of weekly activity with of rules plan I and review plans for next week.

20. Prioratise the objective on getting the business in each.

21. Costumer calls I meeting whatever small may be the value or scope of job or a commitment.
