Deputy Security Manager

Job Purpose

To organize the security operation by coordinating, monitoring and controlling security operations and security personnel with responsibility for full-time protection and security for the specific operational area with the prime objective of protecting the people, assets, personnel, information.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Train and supervise security officers and guards
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Create reports for management on security status

Requirement

110-15 years experiences in manufacture

Education - S1 Law/ Security Management

Has certificate 

• Gada Utama Certification

*      Ms. Office
*      Good communication in English

Perfomance Measure :

Oversee asset protection for companies, from the protection of people and staff to the prevention of theft and inventory loss.

Skill :

• Ability to pay close attention to detail

• Post-secondary training in security management is preferred by many organizations

• Knowledge of security operations and procedures applicable to a 24-hour facility

• Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, and other video surveillance software.
