Maintenance Planner

Our client is private company with headquarter in India, and the operations in mining industry, particulary coal mining, located in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan spread over a 5000 Ha concession area, operational since April 2010.

Essential Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in which 5 years as maintenance planner in mining heavy equipment maintenance field.

2. Must have basic knowledge on Microsoft tools and any CMMS or EAM or ERP

3. Must have knowledge on maintenance KPIs

4. Understand basic heavy equipment technical part and knowledge on part books reading.

Roles and responsibilities: -

1. Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders

2. Prepare and Maintain preventive maintenance and critical parts inventory

3. Create procedural manuals or guidelines that explain how to do certain tasks for all maintenance task

4. Estimate costs of labor and parts for all heavy equipment

5. Adjust maintenance schedules to manage for unexpected emergency work

6. Assist and support maintenance manager

7. Serve as a maintenance coordinator between maintenance and operations teams

8. Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management

9. Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors

10. Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organizations maintenance goals and production target
