Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing acquisition strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Identify and leverage new content promotion trends to optimize customer reach and drive sales traffic.
- Oversee influencer marketing strategies, from identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to negotiating partnerships and evaluating performance metrics.
- Brand & Content Management
- Ensure the brand remains recognizable, relevant, and engaging to the target audience.
- Maintain consistency in branding across advertising, product design, and all marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content aligned with brand identity and audience expectations.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing key recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI, working closely with product development and business development teams.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team to drive high performance and innovation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, business development, and creative teams, to align marketing objectives with business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty marketing strategy, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior-level role.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of KOL Management, content marketing, branding, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong market acumen with a keen eye on social and digital trends.
- Proven ability to forecast and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
